Vier-weg shuttle-reksysteem

Het robuuste vier-weg shuttle-opslagsysteemis een intelligent apparaat voor het hanteren van palletgoederen. Het kan zowel verticaal als horizontaal lopen realiseren en kan elke positie in het magazijn bereiken. De horizontale verplaatsing en opslag van goederen in het stellingsysteem worden alleen voltooid door een vier-weg shuttlewagen. De vier-weg shuttle heeft belangrijke kenmerken:

1）Sscheelt meer opslagruimte: De vier-wegshuttle is compact van structuur, klein in hoogte en formaat; het kan niet alleen vier-weg reizen op de ondersteunende rail, maar kan ook de verticale lift gebruiken om de niveauverandering te realiseren, de flexibiliteit en schaalbaarheid van de magazijnstellinglay-out en pallet vier verder te vergroten- manier shuttle operaties;

2）Vier-weglopen: het kan langs de verticale of horizontale rails worden gereden om transport van één-stoppunt-naar-punt te bereiken, dat elke vrachtpositie op vliegtuigniveau van het magazijn kan bereiken;

3）Intelligente niveauverandering: the four-way shuttle can realize the efficient working method of automatic and accurate level change through the elevator ; realize three-dimensional space movement, and accurately control the entry and exit of each cargo space in the racking  area. Fleet operations are not limited to the first-in first-out (FIFO) or first-in-first-out (FILO) storage operations;
